We retain contact form and property interest submissions for up to 24 months after the last communication, unless the law requires a longer period. Form submissions are stored in Payload CMS and may be sent to the administrator via email.

We do not share data with third parties, except for reliable service providers (hosting, email delivery, CMS) who process data on our behalf and under contracts. Data is not transferred outside the EEA unless appropriate GDPR safeguards are in place.
